I have a newly imaged intune-based PC for a user that keeps saying ‘install failed for Fresh Service Discovery Agent’ in its company portal. How can I fix this issue? Thanks.

We have seen this on a few of our systems as well. We have a support ticket open that we are troubleshooting with FS on this issue. I will let you know what we find out.

Any update on this? I am experiencing this same issue on a few of our systems as well.


We are also having this issue with the new agent version, almost 10% of the machines are failing. Is Freshservice working on a solution?
