I’m wanting to build a scheduled workflow to update the asset state depending on how long it’s been since the asset was logged into.  The last audit date and Updated date for us are usually within the same day, but it doesn’t tell us the last time the user signed into the machine.  Freshservice discovery agent doesn’t capture this data from the machines.  Anyone have a solution that works for them to get around this?
