Hello ​@Vanderdecken, are you accessing software by clicking Inventory and then filtering by asset type of “software” or clicking software in this menu?

I am clicking software in that menu. I choose a software item, Adobe, then I click “Edit”
I don’t see “Business Owner” or “Real Business Owner” fields in the “edit”. Forgive me, I am new to this part of freshservice, and my report skills are beginner at best.

​@Vanderdecken see if you click on inventory and filter for the peice of software. Then click edit from the asset page.
 

I think if you do it this way you will see your custom fields. Hope that helps

Okay, I see it there now. I did not know that all of the software would have to be entered separately in the “inventory”. Is “Software” under “inventory” just the license? I am not sure of the difference.

Is there a way to display these custom fields in a report? Is there a better report module coming out soon?
