In Devcie42 I have a very granular breakdown of Type > Physical Subtype.
Looks like these fields are in Freshservice Asset Inventory now.
How can I replicate my defined menu items so that not only are the OOB items accounted for, but mine are also?
Type = Physical
Physical Subtype = Firewall: Cisco
Any ideas are helpful.
Maybe Freshservice folks can shed some light on this.

To replicate the Type > Physical Subtype structure from Device42 in Freshservice, you can create new asset types and subtypes from Admin → Asset Types and Fields. You can manually define your specific new Asset type like “Physical” and sub-types like “Firewall: Cisco” or “Router: Juniper” in this field.
You can also add the sub types and fields under existing parent Asset types as per your requirement as Freshservice already contains Hardware Asset types and subtypes like Firewall, Switches and Routers.
