Does anyone if there is any (Custom) Attribute in AzureAD that can be set to define a specific role for a provisioned user? Or, if not possible, any other possibility to add automatically a role to a user based on the function of the user.

I’m not sure, but if you get the list of roles ID
you may be able to update an agent through API and set the role.
