For some form of AI that will sort our incoming tickets for us we would like to have access to the names of the attachments of a ticket during a WebHook call (Automation). Is this possible at all (Without calling Freshdesk to request the full tickets (Which might fail anyway as the ticket is in mode “Being created”))?
