Hello, we have a workflow automator that takes specific FreshService tickets and uses information from those tickets to create new work items in Jira. This is all working smoothly except for the attachments. Users are able to upload attachments to the FreshService request, and the payload parameter “include_inline_attachment” is set to “true” in the automator. However, attachments from the FreshService tickets are not going over to Jira with the rest of the information. Am I missing something?
