I’ve found the {{tickets.attachments}} placeholder, and would like to figure out a solution for syncing these attachments to another 3rd party ticketing system. Right now, I’m trying to pass this through a ‘Web Request’ activity.

I couldn’t find much information or documentation to say whether this is possible or not. So far my attempts have failed. 

Does anyone know if this is possible, or alternative solutions that can achieve the same? I did find if I do a call externally to do a ‘get’ on the ticket, I have access to the attachment URL from there. But, I’d prefer to get this data through a push through the web request if it’s possible.

We have been attempting the same thing and have not found a way to do this.

Far as I know it can’t be done. The solution we have come up with is using a external integration platform to download the file in the URL and then send it to the external system.
