Not able to create fresh service ticket via API

Even though I’m passing API key

I’m still getting this error. I’m using a trail account

Hi, 

 

Can you screenshot how you setup it ? 
Basic login with username API-KEY and password X ( anything) still works. 
The account is admin + IT Supervisor  ? ( the default account that comes with a trial is that )
