Hello all,

One of our workspaces are wanting to have a workflow to send an approval email to a designated agent once a single task has been completed on the ticket. 

any guidance or outlines that could be provided would be appreciated. 

in the Task Automator you can set the Event → Status is change from Any Status to Completed which leads to a condition that checks the Task Title is the task you’re referring to.


And use an action like this
