Trigger off of Service Request Fulfillments

Has anyone been successful in triggering automations via the Fulfill Request button?  We linked our Service Items for software assets.  We’d like to be able to use some orchestration around provisioning and it would be nice to use the Fulfill Request as the trigger...

As far as I am aware this is not currently feature in the Workflow Automator, and adding this would be a really great opportunity for improvement. I read that the “Stage” property of a Requested Item is exposed via the API, so you might be able to hack together something using that in the mean time.

Requested Items of a Service Item:

Here’s a related request of mine if you would be interested in giving it a bump:

Have a similar question, wondering if you set a conditional node based on stage and then captured asset details if it would capture all the assets or just the first one. Im looking to create a “invoice” type email to the accounting team once an asset has been deployed to a location.

Does anyone know a way to get around the issue of the api clumping all the requests in one call.. for instance i have a request for 4 monitors it does capture each item just the first one
