Title says it all. Is there any way to identify in an automation rule which widget the newly created ticket comes from and to react accordingly ?

Welcome to the Freshworks Community!

I understand you are looking to identify how a ticket is created and implement your automation based on the same, when a ticket makes it to freshdesk from an email/portal/widget, we automatically identify the field source as either Email/Portal/Widget etc from the set of options, based on which customizable actions can be configured and performed.

 

Please navigate to Admin→ Workflows→ Automations → Ticket creation automation and you will be able to view the ability to use this as a condition and configure your Ticket based actions.
