Fixing the Name column width would make the system far more user friendly.
Each time I look at any table view I have to manually increase the width of the first Name column to view more than a few letters of text, even when there is plenty of empty space and few columns displayed.
Not only this but when you resize it and then try and resize a different column it resets the size of the name column. This is a bug, not a feature limitation.

Any update on this as columns also do not sort properly alphabetically or otherwise. Ridiculous that columns with static tags are default wider than the name column. I like freshservice, but its perma-beta and not enough good support documentation for existing things while new things roll out.
