I am in the process of setting our new Freshservice environment up and as part of this was yesterday working with a colleague of mine who i have setup as an onboarding and offboarding supervisor. When we went to look for some dummy requests i have sent in via the onboarding portal we realised they could not see the ‘Employee Journeys Menu’ containing the onboarding and offboarding requests?? In the end i made him an IT Supervisor so he could see it but he shouldn't be a supervisor. Please advise anyone ?? Thanks

Hi! To access the "Employee Journeys" menu in Freshservice, the user typically needs the appropriate role permissions. It sounds like your colleague may need specific permissions related to onboarding and offboarding tasks. Try checking the role settings under Admin > Roles and ensure that the role assigned to your colleague has access to Employee Journeys or the relevant modules. If needed, you might create a custom role with the precise permissions required.

It sounds like your colleague doesn't have the necessary permissions to view the Employee Journeys Menu. Check the role permissions in Freshservice and ensure that the onboarding/offboarding supervisor role has access to this menu. You can customize the role to allow visibility into the Employee Journeys section without making them an IT Supervisor. This should solve the issue without needing to change their role.

@sbatescp Certainly, you can create a Custom Agent role and grant the permissions shown below for both Onboarding and Offboarding requests. The agent should be able to access all Onboarding requests created for the instance within the Employee Journey section.
