Trying to automate our onboarding but having an absolute nightmare with it.

 

I’ve created my onboarding stakeholder (just IT), Build kit etc and if I enter the details manually, everything works. However, if I use the csv bulk upload, the kit I have specified is not included.

It obviously works manually, so I don’t think my details are wrong. I cannot see any option to trigger the kit apart from what I have done.

Any ideas please?

​@miranda-a  did you get this worked out?  Are you using the onboarding module for this?  We need to do a bulk upload of season new hires but we are using the onboarding module.  I have not figured out how to do this.

​@shannon.mejia Unfortunately not. I tried everything and Freshworks tried to talk me through it but it still had issues. I gave up in the end :-(

If you get it working, I would be interested to learn how.
