For various reasons, the joining date for a new hire may change, either brought forward or pushed back.
At the moment HR add a note; but with our automations looking at the Joining Date field from the onboarding module, we can’t find a way to edit the content and adjust it to the new date.
Has anyone else met this issue and, if so, how did you work around it?
Hello, I have the exact same issue. We have some fields of the Onboarding / Offboarding form that needs to be edited after submission.
This possible with classic Requests, why is it not possible with onboarding/offboarding fields. This is really a pain for us as we have to rely on an external form.

Onboarding/offboarding data is captured in text so it can not be manipulated or controlled like form fields, everywhere else in FS.
I have an an enhancement idea to move this data to form fields so they can be managed and modified after submission.
