I believe the icon for employee offboarding was accidentally not made transparent like the employee onboarding one:

This is visible in dark mode

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

The issue with the employee offboarding icon not appearing correctly in dark mode has already been addressed. The icon’s color inversion now behaves as expected, and this was fixed a while back.
