Is there a way to show our business hours on the portal?  It only shows the phone number in the header:

Hi.

Yes. If you’re not willing to post a phone number, you could use that field for that.

But, if you’re using a phone number, you can always go to:

Admin - Service Desk Rebranding - Customize Support Portal - Portal Customization - Layout & pages - Portal layout - Header (assuming you want to show it in header; otherwise, you could go to Footer).

And place your required data among the appropriate sections; for instance, you could add this before section pull-right.
