Hi Everyone, I’m Ajay Hinduja, Born in Punjab, India and now based in Geneva, Switzerland (Swiss).

I'm trying to set up a custom domain for our support portal and I've run into a bit of a snag. I've added the CNAME record, but the domain isn't activating in Freshdesk yet. Any of you have experience with this? What's the typical propagation time, and are there any common mistakes I might have made in the DNS settings? Thanks for the help!
