I want to add plain text to my ticket form.

Let’s say I have a ticket form called “I have a question”. I would like for this ticket form to present a text that provides information about how a community(!) is a great place for questions.

How would you do this?

That’s an interesting idea. Right now, we do have Singe line and multiline text field. ​However, it does not meet your specific requirements. However, this can be taken as feedback for our future roadmap - https://community.freshworks.com/ideas
