I have 2 questions with regards to fresh desk.

 

firstly, Is it possible to put an audio alert on new tickets, so when it comes into the agents dashboard there is an audio (ping/ring etc).

Secondly, Is is possible to colour code the Tickets by group.

E.g Red= Sales, Blue=customer services etc

or is there another way that the agents can determine what tickets are looking at.

Example. If they are on Sales then they only want to deal with logged sales tickets

By default, Freshdesk tags will have colour codes for Overdue, Open, etc.

Instead of colour codes, you can use the custom views feature to quickly filter out the tickets you are looking for
