Hello,

 

I have an automation that ensures incoming emails from "@decathlon.com" do not receive email notifications.

 

These two notifications must not be sent to these emails.

 

Is the automation sufficient as it is? The customer reports that they are still receiving the emails.

The automation is good enough for skipping new ticket notifications, but it won't help with skipping the User activation email.

If you have ticket samples, where the automation rule is not being executed on the valid domains, please feel free to DM me the details and we shall take it up from there.
