I would like to know how I can create a workflow that automatically changes orders from "Received" to "Closed" after a certain period of time.

Greetings from Freshworks community, You can setup a time trigger automation rule in Freshdesk by naivgating to Admin > Automation > Time trigger and setup a rule as below

Based on the above condition, when a ticket status is updated to resolved and after 28 hours, the staus would be updated to closed. I hope this helps!
