Hi! 


Our Knowledge Base articles are behind a login wall and we’d like to keep them private. However, for a project, we are now asked to permanently remove the login wall to scrape the content and keep it updated. 

Our Product Team told us it must be possible to create a ‘secret link’ to store the articles and we should check with Freshworks first. Can anyone help us with that?

Greetings from Freshworks community. We understand your concern with creating a secret link to store the solution articles until the required changes are implemented. Unfortunately, we do not have an option to achieve this and recommend you unpublish the articles for a brief time period and publish them again. You can open an article > Edit > Click on the dropdown option next to the Publish button > click on ‘Unpublish’ to get this done. This article will then be made a draft version which you can publish again when required.
