We have a requirement to copy the description of a ticket to it’s associated tasks upon creation to the Note field on Task. Using workflow automator, there does not appear to be an option to set the Note field. Is it possible to copy information from a parent ticket to its associated tasks within Freshservice?

In workflow automator, in the Actions, you might find Add Task and fill the Note description field with the placeholder {ticket.description}
