Hello Freshworkers!

 

Currently we user Freshwork supporting multiple companies under a big umbrella. We would like to know if an option is to identify these users using icons similar to the one used to identify the VIP users.

 

Do is possible to confirm if this option is available and how we can access it?

I understand that you wish to categorize contacts as VIP customers. Please note that you can make use of contact fields to achieve the same. Navigate to admin > contact fields and create a dropdown by the name type,

You would be able to categorize the contacts using this dropdown field. Also your team can make use of https://developers.freshdesk.com/api/#update_contact to update the contacts using API.

Thank you for the response.

The question is more to customize the icon. In addition to the VIP, as we support multiple companies, we want to have a dedicated logo on the profile to quickly identify and move the ticket to the correct group.

 

Is that possible?
