Hi,

I am trying to integrate Datis HR into Freshservice for onboarding and offboarding.  I am struggling a bit as it appears that i might need to map email information to fields in Freshservice to get the desired results. Has anyone been able to do this and if so would you mind sharing your knowledge?

If you can format the e-mail sent (would been better to use API  )  you can use Using email commands right inside tickets | Freshservice Service Desk : Freshservice
