Hello, I created a contact which I then tried to Hard delete so I could re-use the email address as an Agent.  This was about 6 days ago, but the contact still shows as deleting.  Can anyone advise how to resolve this please?

You can directly convert a contact as an agent

Open a contact and you will see a button on top called Convert to an Agent

Thank you for your reply.  I have since observed the Convert button you reference but on this occasion I already selected the Hard delete option so I cannot convert.

 

The contact is stuck in the hard completion state so I need support with that issue please.
