I’m trying to download all the KB articles to train some AI models for my usage. Is there a way for me to export all the existing KB articles by going into the Freshdesk portal? There are about 700 of them.

Hi,
If you need to download articles (including Draft and Published ones) from your current help desk, you can try Data Import to Freshdesk. It lets you generate a CSV file that contains all your help center data, along with folders and categories.
This CSV file can later be used to train AI models or repurpose your content elsewhere.
Just note:
- The export includes structured help center content only
- You’ll need to sign up for the app from the Marketplace
- HTML formatting and links are included in the CSV
