Our company deal with B2B a lot and we need to find a way for Freshdesk to alert us when there is a mail from a contact with no company linked to the email. We need it because we need to have automations run based on the company and if emails are not linked, then it is a problem.  Does anyone know how we can do this?

Greetings @Mikester. Thanks for contacting Freshworks community. I understand you would like to get notified when a ticket is created from a contact that is not associated with any company. There isn’t a direct method to get notified, however you may choose to create an automation under ticket creation, as demonstrated in the screenshot below and check if that helps.

In FreshService, there’s an option for “Is empty”. Does something like that also exist for FreshDesk?
