Hi All,

 

Having an issue on one of the 3 Freshdesks I manage. Emails don’t seem to be sending but they are being received,

 

I’ve checked the notification settings, email verification etc and all looks the same as the other Freshdesks,

 

Any idea how to troubleshoot further?
