I need to export all my tickets with description, note, reply and all data from Jan 2016 to Sep 2023. How can i do?

You can export your whole site but best guess is to contact the support support@freshworks.com

Data filtering would be the best option here. Visit the Freshworks marketplace to find a suitable third-party tool. For example, Help Desk Migration allows you to filter your tickets by date range, status, priority, agent, and more. Keep in mind that this may require custom development, so it's a good idea to contact the support team in advance.
