In an effort to improve our solutions that we have within freshservice i would like to be able to export them to a report and review

solution name

solution category

date created

date last edited

date last viewed

number of views

ranking (if people thought it was good or bad)

name of engineer creating/editing the solution

Unfortunately, such metrics are currently not available in a single line.

In Underlaying data, you will find these fields (among others):

And play with metrics in a widget:

But definitely, this would not provide the expected outcome.

I think you would need to work with the API:

This would bring the data you’re currently needing:

"category_id":2, "thumbs_up":0, "thumbs_down":0,

"agent_id":1, "views":0, "description_text":" Steps: Fill in the mandatory fields ... ",

"created_at":"2020-03-29T16:38:29Z", "updated_at":"2020-03-29T16:38:29Z",

This is quite a good Enhancement Opportunity for Analytics.
