Has anyone made use of the Feedback form (admin - Feedback Form)
This could be really useful for us, but seems like i’m going to have to learn HTML to get it working, which is a pain when the rest of the system is configurable.

I understand that you facing issues in setting up feedback form. Please note that coding knowledge is not required as you edit the details in the form the code gets updated automatically and just add this code under admin > channel > portal > customize > pages

The html coding is required if we want to add any extra fields to the form though - we can’t configure it in the system?
Not sure if i described this very well.
The system has some really good functionality to create a widget, but think the widget can be too hidden away on the website. What I’m trying to achieve is to replace the traditional ‘contact us form’ that many organisations have on their website with a FreshDesk form. The Fresh Feedback form would be perfect, but I need to customise it. By default it throws all of the fields on whereas for the webiste, I’d want to build a streamlined version.
