Hello,

I have a problem with the freshdesk widget. 

I need to pass a URL link in the body of the widget.

However, several characters are changed from & to & in the URL. (or ‘ to ")

See examples in attachments (01 and 02).

My second problem is about reformating my link. HTML tags are interpreted as text (and not as regular tag like <a> or <b>).

See Example05 in the widget, it’ll be interpreted like that :

&lt;a href=\"<a href=\"https://meteofrance.com/previsions-meteo-france/strasbourg/67000&amp;quot;&amp;gt;METEO&amp;lt;/a\">https://meteofrance.com/previsions-meteo-france/strasbourg/67000&amp;quot;&amp;gt;<span class=\"caps\">METEO</span>&amp;lt;/a</a>&gt
