Is there is there any possibilities that I could forward the archive tickets using freshdesk?
I need to forward all archive tickets, bulk or individual tickets? 
Is there any workaround or workflow to implement that?

I understand that you want to forward all the archive tickets.The archived tickets can be accessed by the customers and agents as read-only tickets. They cannot be unarchived by the agents, admins or the customer. Any new reply made by the customer in the email thread, or a follow up by email to a ticket that has been archived, will be added as a new ticket in the helpdesk. Archive tickets cannot be forwarded as you don’t have write access to those tickets

However you can get an export of those tickets by following the steps suggested here - https://support.freshdesk.com/en/support/solutions/articles/212901-ticket-archiving
