Hello, 

 

I would like to forward emails from freshdesk accounts to different emails of our group, however every time when we try to do it, emails do not reach. Any suggestions?

This is a known bug, forwarding is currently not working. I reported this to Freshdesk a few weeks ago and they’re aware of it and waiting for a developer fix, however if you could please email this issue to Freshdesk support directly hopefully if more people are complaining they will prioritise the issue. Thank you. Please email them at support@freshdesk.com to let them know this is a priority for you.
