Is there a way to restrict by domain who is able to create a freshdesk account.  We want some sort of way to ensure random/ancillary people aren’t accessing our freshdesk site.

We have a “Helpdesk Restriction” feature, which gives you the privilege to restrict a domain. It secures your account by preventing users of other domains from trying to gain access to your application. Therefore providing your system with the utmost security.
