How can I get a widget that shows line charts of Open tickets, Closed tickets and the Current queue withing last six months.

I understand that you are interested in creating a report in a line chart format that displays all the Open, Resolved/Closed, and Unresolved tickets in your account. I recommend using the curated report called Helpdesk Ticket Volume, which contains all the necessary data to accomplish this.
