I wasn’t really sure where to post this as there is no general support section:

 

I leave my browser open and Freshdesk eats all available memory in a couple days even with just a few tabs open.   The rapid increase in memory usage is a recent behavior that I have tested in both Edge and Chrome.  In this case I only opened Freshdesk on Edge and less than 24 hours later it is using over 4 GB of memory.    It gets to the point where the browser becomes extremely laggy. 

 

For the time being I have resorted to chrome://restart every morning but it isn’t ideal as it logs me out of other pages.  I’m wondering else has run into this and what they have done to mitigate it?

 

 

Think this is more a machine problem than a FreshDesk problem.  I’ve got 4 x FreshDesk tabs open plus SharePoint, this forum and twitter, and Chrome is using less than 2Gb.

 


I get similar performance on Edge too.
