How do I report a bug to Freshdesk?   Support lets me go in and make a ticket; but when I go to submit this is what I get:
“We are sorry. You have been restricted from accessing this helpdesk page.”

 

Kind of strange that an app that is about processing bug reports doesn’t even let you report bugs… 

did you e-mail support@freshdesk.com ?


I wasn’t aware I was supposed to.  I went through their website to create a ticket.  When I submitted I get an error.

Looks like you are unable to create ticket from your customer portal , I would request you to please help me with the account details in DM or drop an email to support@freshdesk.com and we would be happy to check this for you.
