HELP FEATURE On Freshdesk MiSSING

Hi Group!

My company is new to Freshdesk and we have been having alot of issues. One of our issues is the Help Feature. We are unable to access the HELP FEATURE on Freshdesk? Is anyone else having these issues?

IT has been working on this for a week already!
