Is there a possibility to move the ‘Tags’-field on the ticket page down (so not on top) or to hide it?

Greetings from Freshworks Community
I understand that you would like to reorder the tag field in ticket properties. I am afraid this would not be possible. But we do have an option where in we can hide the Tag field using marketplace application available under admin → app->Hide Fields.
This is done based on user roles.
