Suddenly this week we started getting Recaptcha on our login to freshdesk. How do we turn it off?

Users are complaining that they are required to enter Captcha each time they start a Forum topic/ creating a ticket. How to have this disabled? : Freshdesk

Thank you, found it but it is under Portals, Primary, Edit, Manage Sections.
