Screen capture images are deleted in ticket and emails after replies. In outlook we now have to search for the very first email of the ticket to find the images back. It's a daily frustration in Freshdesk.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I understand that the images are disappearing, which ideally should not happen. Could you please confirm if this is still occurring? Ideally, this issue only happen when images are copy-pasted into emails and the image source is deleted. 

If the issue persists, could you please provide recent samples so that I can assist you in finding a solution and create a support ticket if necessary?
