The reply editor for customers shows only 4 lines and then begins to scroll.

I have Growth plan, how do I increase the size ?

It is possible to adjust the size of the reply editor for customers on the customer portal through portal customization, which is a feature based on the plan and is available from PRO and the above plans. Unfortunately, due to plan restrictions on your account, this is not possible.
