Integrate Contact data with external data

Hi community experts

My company wants to create a 360 view of our contacts stored in Freshsales by integrating with data from other sources. For example, when viewing the details of a contact, I want to add a new tab. Content of that new tab will be taken directly from another system’s API. Is it possible to do such customization in Freshsales?
