Hi

I have 10 stores, 4 have logged and ticket and 6 have not.

Is it possible to do a report on the stores that have not logged a ticket even though their is no data to write the report from?

Hi.

Not that I am aware of. Including NULL values / empty records seems to be not possible, at least right now.

If this is a need, I’d suggest to submit a feature request for that:

Then, share the link to your idea in order others with your same idea / need or finding it useful may vote on it so it could get considered and, hopefully, developed and delivered.
