I need to be able to create a ticket and then assign multiple customers to that ticket who will receive correspondence and updates. How can this be done with Freshdesk?

Hi @rmoore,

Greetings from Freshworks Community. :)

As per the product behavior, every ticket can be associated with one requester (contact). For your case, you can add multiple CCs to the ticket so that all the users associated in the ticket will receive email notifications on updates performed on the ticket. Please make sure to toggle on CC notifications from under Admin > Email notifications > CC notifications.

Feel free to drop a note for any further help.

Cheers,
