Multiple mailboxes - how do I delete one so I don't receive messages anymore

I understand that you may want to delete your mailbox and stop receiving emails as tickets. The process may vary depending on the mail server you are using. If you have a custom mail server, you can simply delete the mailbox to prevent ticket creation. If you wish to handle outgoing emails, you can choose the "outgoing" option instead of "both" under admin > emails. 

For those using the default mail server, you will need to remove the forwarding configured at your mailbox end to stop ticket creation. If you wish to disconnect both incoming and outgoing emails, please remove the forwarding and proceed to delete the mailbox under admin > emails. Please let me know if I need to include something here.
